I recently went to the Mcdonalds inside the Walmart of Northland Mall, and I will not return to that place because of the manager. She's rude to the customers, no smiles, greetings, or thank you. She treats the staff like crap right in front of everyone, and I don't know why she could be the manager being this way. by davidj2

The door staff really get old and annoying. Myself and my wife are 45 and 39 yet get ID'd at the door. Really, like have some vision with your policies! I find it completely unprofessional and amateur to have such a policy. I undertand and respect the need to ID the younger crowd, but why do there door people maintain the IQ of a soap dish? Unbelievable. I clearly have become tired of the caca presented outwardly by their crap staff. Ever notice why you cannot email directly to management? Seriously, they have no way of contacting a management / ownership position. by Ron
